The Paris Review and the Mayor’s Office of Media & Entertainment invite you to a special evening in celebration of the City’s first ever “One Book, One New York” initiative, in which residents of all five boroughs are encouraged to read the selected book, Americanah, by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie.

The Paris Review, America’s premier magazine of new writing since 1953 and a New York institution since 1955, is pleased to be a part of the inaugural program and will toast the winning novel at a salon at The Paris Review office. We hope you’ll join us!

Space is limited, so please RSVP.

“One Book, One New York” is the largest community read in the nation, and the city’s first ever reading program in which bookworms in New York can read the same book at the same time, while supporting the publishing industry, local bookstore, and libraries.
