One\u2019s last recourse, it seems, is just to cue up\u00a0<em>V for Vendetta<\/em>\u00a0and eat a caramel apple in sullen, mildly rebellious solitude. (If you need a primer on the whole affair,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=65w3NsqmHBc\" target=\"_blank\">here\u2019s Guy Fawkes for American dummies, containing such accessible language as \u201cThe\u00a0<em>S<\/em> hit the <em>F<\/em>, if you know what I\u2019m sayin\u2019.<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>But wait.
