Crewdson  first found Cinecitt\u00e0 devoid of human presence, in a state suspended between grandeur and ruin. He drew \u201cupon the inherent quietness and uncanny aspects of the empty sets\u201d and said that he \u201clooked at the blurred lines between reality and fiction, nature and artifice, and beauty and decay.\u201d Click to enlarge.
