Experts (i.e., us) have found that holiday shopping is altogether more bearable when there\u2019s food and drink involved. Which is why we\u2019re opening a pop-up shop in a restaurant.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re shopping downtown this Sunday, December 14, come visit us at Contrada<\/a>, a cozy Italian restaurant in the East Village at 84 East Fourth Street. From three-thirty\u00a0to six-thirty,\u00a0we\u2019ll be there with discounted subscriptions, back issues, T-shirts, and boundless reserves of holiday cheer (i.e., snacks and drinks). We\u2019ll gift wrap anything you\u2019d like to give as a present. Stop by and say hello!<\/p>\n
