Smith, best known for her sculptures, <a href=\"http:\/\/bombmagazine.org\/article\/1805\/kiki-smith\">told\u00a0<\/a><\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/bombmagazine.org\/article\/1805\/kiki-smith\">BOMB<\/a><em><a href=\"http:\/\/bombmagazine.org\/article\/1805\/kiki-smith\">\u00a0<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/bombmagazine.org\/article\/1805\/kiki-smith\">in<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/bombmagazine.org\/article\/1805\/kiki-smith\"> 1994<\/a>, \u201cE<\/em><em>veryone\u2019s figured out all the technology, how to combine different kinds of material together\u2014you don\u2019t have to make anything up. You just have to pay attention to what\u2019s discarded, or disregarded \u2026\u00a0I like looking, seeing everything that everybody already knows and using it. Or you start making things, and then they start explaining to you while you\u2019re making them, telling you more and more what it is that you\u2019re doing.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<div
